“Madhur” is a private limited company where all policy, strategy and financial functions are managed by the board of directors, under the founder and Managing Director Dr. Deepak Joshi. Executive functions are performed by a team headed by Dr. Chitra Phadnis - Chief Executive Officer, Mr. K. S. Chauhan - General Manager, Mr. Abdul Nawaz - Manager QA/QC, Mr. Shivamurty - Production Manager. The Quality policy of “Madhur” is to design, manufacture and market quality herbal and cosmetic products at all times and deliver them on time with product and procedure confidentiality.

The quality is defined either by the Customer or by “Madhur” on the basis of standards developed in house and / or on the basis of available classical / contemporary literature and or industry or national or international standards.
